The short version

We collect your name and email address so we can send you what you bought. We never see your card details — Stripe handles payment. This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.

Who is responsible for your data

Smart LABS, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 53.243.609/0001-58, at Avenida Portugal, 1148, Suite 409 — Órion Business & Health Complex, Goiânia, Goiás 74150-340, Brazil. We are the data controller.

For anything about your data, write to smartlabs.support@avabenet.com. A person reads it.

This website collects nothing

Worth saying plainly, because it's unusual: the page you're reading sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no tracking pixel and has no forms. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Browsing here leaves no record with us and nothing on your device.

If that ever changes — for example if we add advertising measurement — we will update this page first, and where the law requires consent, we will ask for it before anything is set.

What we collect, and when

Data collection begins only if you buy something.

What we never have

Your card number, expiry date and security code never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS standard. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and card brand for reconciliation. We could not access your full card details even if we wanted to.

Why we're allowed to hold it

The seven-night sequence

After you buy, we send a short series of emails over the following days, timed to the protocol you've just started. It exists because the book asks for seven nights, and someone who stops on night two never finds out whether it works.

There are seven, and then they stop on their own. To stop them sooner, reply to any of them with the word STOP — a person actions it, normally within one business day. Unsubscribing doesn't affect your purchase, your files, or your right to a refund; it only stops the emails.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the business:

Each acts on our instructions under a contract. We may also disclose data if the law requires it — a court order, a tax authority, a regulator.

Where your data goes

We are based in Brazil, and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union. If you buy from the UK or the EU, your data will be transferred outside your country.

Brazil is recognised as having comprehensive data protection legislation (the LGPD), and our providers use standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards approved for international transfers. If you want the detail of a specific transfer, ask us and we'll explain it.

How long we keep it

After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do all of the following, and we will:

These rights come from the UK GDPR and EU GDPR if you're in the UK or the EU, from the LGPD in Brazil, and from the CCPA if you're in California. We do not sell personal information as the CCPA defines it, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

How to exercise them

Email smartlabs.support@avabenet.com from the address you used at checkout, saying what you want. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to complete the request within 30 days. We won't charge you, and we won't make it difficult.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority — the ICO in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the ANPD in Brazil. We'd rather you told us first and gave us the chance to put it right.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something — but if a breach ever affected your data and posed a risk to you, we would tell you and the relevant authority within the timeframes the law sets.

Children

This product is sold to adults and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
